Super 18 - The Super 18 (superset) workout

It was going to be Super 30 minutes but i did 18 sets in 18 minutes first go.  The program was aimed at novices and intermediates in a rush.

The RPE system may need a tweak so a new one may come out shortly.super18

Goals of program

  • To stop people complaining they don't have enough time to work out.
  • Hit scientific data points of strength and hypertrophy.
  • To hit nearly every muscle group in the body in the shortest possible time.
  • To make it as safe as possible.
  • To keep this simple as possible so no A&B sessions.

TNF novice

Is a novice collaboration program between me and the “Pro Architect” John Hollywood. The program design goals where

  • TNF NoviceTo match the program to the latest advancements in scientific programming
  • To be home gym friendly
  • To maximise hypertrophy
  • To reduce the ICF sets by 1/3

This is by no means an easy program for a novice but has seen people have 2 plate squats in 2 months.

ICF Advanced Russian twist

Inspired by Jason Blaha’s ICF novice I was asked to write advanced intermediate version.

Russian ICFMy version includes:-

  • Auto regulation/wave loaded sets
  • Periodization
